Itinerary
DAY 1 - Kunming
In the evening, enjoy the performance Dynamic Yunnan by Yang Liping — a spectacular fusion of traditional dance and music, delivering a unique cultural experience.

DAY 2 - Kunming · Lakes & Flowers
Breakfast, then visit Dianchi Lake and ride the cable car up the Western Hills (Xishan) for panoramic views. Afternoon at Laoyuhe Wetland Park, then discover Dounan Flower Market, the largest in Asia.

DAY 3 - Kunming · Shilin & Chuxiong · Yi Evening
Depart for the Shilin Stone Forest, a spectacular karst formation. After lunch, drive to Chuxiong. In the evening, visit the Ancient Yi Town with a traditional banquet and the immersive show Legend of Weichu.

DAY 4 - Dali · Wind, Flowers, Snow, Moon
Drive to Dali. Cruise on Erhai Lake and experience the Bai "Three Teas" ceremony. Visit Nanzhao Island and Dali Old Town, followed by a traditional batik workshop. Dinner show with local specialties.

DAY 5 - Shaxi → Lijiang · Tea & Heritage
Excursion to Shaxi, a former stop on the Ancient Tea-Horse Road. Continue to Shuhe, then time at leisure in Lijiang Old Town. Dongba paper-making workshop for hands-on cultural immersion.

DAY 6 - Lijiang · Snowy Marvels
Excursion to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, Ganhaizi Meadow, Baishui River and Blue Moon Valley. Visit Yushui Village, a sanctuary of Dongba culture. Evening grand spectacle Impression Lijiang by Zhang Yimou.

DAY 7 - Lijiang → Shangri-La · Canyon & Culture
Visit the dramatic Tiger Leaping Gorge, then continue to Shangri-La. Explore Dukezong Old Town and Turtle Hill Park with its immense prayer wheel. Festive Tibetan dinner for a vivid taste of local life.

DAY 8 - Shangri-La · High-Plateau Mysteries
Explore Pudacuo National Park, with lakes, wetlands and alpine meadows. Then discover Songzanlin Monastery, the largest in Yunnan. Return to Lijiang and stroll the UNESCO-listed old town.

DAY 9 - Lijiang → Kunming · Lakeside Utopia
After breakfast, drive to Dali and visit Ideal Land · “Santorini”, a whitewashed, cliff-style complex set “between mountain and water.” Wander its winding lanes, enjoy panoramic views over Erhai Lake or pause for tea — a perfect spot for photos. In the afternoon, take the high-speed train back to Kunming.

DAY 10 - Kunming → Siem Reap
Fly from Kunming to Siem Reap. Free time at leisure upon arrival.

DAY 11 - Siem Reap · Royal Palace – Silver Pagoda – Independence Monument
After breakfast, visit the Royal Palace and the Silver Pagoda to appreciate the architectural beauty that tells the story of Khmer splendor. Then see the Independence Monument (a national symbol commemorating independence in 1953), an emblem fusing Cambodian culture and history.

DAY 12 - Siem Reap · Angkor World Heritage
Province of Siem Reap — Angkor Thom – Ta Prohm – Angkor Wat. After breakfast, explore Angkor Thom: the Bayon with its 54 towers and serene four-faced smiles, the Elephant Terrace, and Baphuon. Continue to Ta Prohm, where centuries-old trees entwine with temple stones — a powerful display of nature and time. Conclude at the famed Angkor Wat, the best-preserved, west-facing masterpiece often called a “golden paradise.” (Dress code for Angkor Wat: knees and shoulders must be covered; no crop tops or sleeveless tops; no slippers.)

DAY 13 - Siem Reap · Tonlé Sap Lake – Sisters’ Temple – Royal Residence · Flight to Kunming
After breakfast, enjoy a boat tour on Tonlé Sap Lake (Southeast Asia’s largest freshwater lake), observing floating villages and daily life — fishing, vegetable plots, even livestock kept on the water. After lunch, visit Sisters’ Temple, Siem Reap’s most venerated shrine, to offer a sincere prayer and receive Angkor’s blessings. View the Royal Residence (exterior), then transfer to the airport for your flight back to Kunming.
